Summary
The aim of the doctoral thesis is analyze the factors that contribute to work and life satisfaction. Evaluating whether there are differences in the explanation of this satisfaction by gender and intensity of care. Also is evaluated if the Information Society tools affect positively or negatively. It is used the survey data of Job Satisfaction 2010 prepared by the Ministry of Employment. Focusing on women data (men are the control variable). The intensity of care based on whether or not they have children less than 15 years is the other category of the study. The satisfied and dissatisfied profiles are obtained through a descriptive analysis, and the effects of the Information Society tools are obtained through a causal analysis.
