Open call for companies to design software for an R&D&I project

EU Community is an R&D&I project co-financed by the European Commission through its 7th Framework programme (FP7). The project is coordinated by INTRASOFT International SA, while the procurement process is led by UOC, which is a consortium partner. The aim of the project is to create innovative ICT solutions for formulating pan European policies, by collecting, processing and visualizing information about open political discussions on specific topics.

In this respect, the project consortium is hereby presenting an open call to identify companies interested in developing the software necessary to develop this project.

The software

To achieve EU Community aims, it is necessary to satisfy the need to create a software component, Reputation Management System, able to calculate the reputation of existing experts, per topic, by processing the open information available on the web. The subcontractor will have to carry out services such as designing, implementing and offering support for the implementation of the software system, with assistance via e-mail, telephone or remote modification, until November 30th 2016.

The deadline for presenting a proposal is June 18th. The proposal will have to be submitted in a single PDF file to the e-mail address ugp_OSRT@uoc.edu, indicating "RMS RFP - Proposta" (Proposal) in the subject line.
