Program
MatchImpulsa is a wide-ranging feminist programme aimed at putting Barcelona's social, charitable and collaborative economy online. The programme was launched in response to the COVID-19 crisis with the aim of boosting and scaling up initiatives in the sector, strengthening local networks, and raising their international profile, incorporating a gender perspective and adapting equality plans to businesses' and organizations' digital environments.
The presentation will take place on Wednesday 5 May at 11.15 a.m. in the Lluis Companys Press Room at Barcelona City Council. As there are restrictions on the numbers who may attend due to COVID-19, the presentation will be live streamed on https://matchimpulsa.barcelona/.
Participants will include Barcelona's First Deputy Mayor, Jaume Collboni, UOC President Josep A. Planell, the Commissioner for Social Economy, Local Development and Food Policy, Álvaro Porro, and the Director of the Barcelona UOC Chair in Digital Economy (Open_Chair), Mayo Fuster Morell.
