The personal data collected using this form will be handled by the FUOC and the EADA for the purpose of responding to requests for information received; the FUOC will also process the data in order to manage and provide information related to its products, services and promotional activities.

The FUOC may also use the data for profiling and assessing and monitoring the services provided, using statistics and satisfaction surveys.

In addition, in the event of enrolment in the training programme to which this form is linked, both the FUOC and the EADA will process the data in order to manage and process said enrolment.

Personal data will be processed by the FUOC and the EADA while they are needed during the period necessary for the aforementioned purposes.

At the end of this period, the FUOC and the EADA will store the personal data for the period of time during which legal liabilities may derive from them. When these liabilities expire, the personal data will be deleted permanently.

The legal basis whereby the FUOC and the EADA may provide responses to requests for information, and for the handling and provision of information relating to the products, services and promotional activities of the FUOC, is that of consent.

For the purposes of profiling and the assessment and monitoring by the FUOC of the services provided using statistics and satisfaction surveys, the legal basis is that of legitimate interest.

In the event of enrolment in the training programme to which this form is linked, the legal basis for the management and processing of said enrolment by the FUOC and the EADA will be for the purposes of executing a contract.

The FUOC and the EADA will process your personal data with absolute confidentiality. In addition, they have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to guarantee their security and prevent their destruction or loss, illicit access to them or tampering with them. In deciding these measures, criteria such as the scope, context and purpose of the processing, the current state of the art and the existing risks have been taken into account.

The FUOC and the EADA may transfer personal data to third parties if this is required to comply with the legal obligations in each respective case. 

The FUOC and the EADA work with a number of service providers that assist them in performing different tasks related to the processing of personal data.

You have the following rights with respect to the protection of personal data:

In order to exercise these rights, it is sufficient to advise the Fundació per la Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, either by email to the address fuoc_pd@uoc.edu or by post to Rambla del Poblenou, 154-156, Barcelona, stating as reference "Data protection", or the Fundació Universitària EADA "Escola d’Alta Direcció i Administració" by post to Carrer Aragó 204, 08011 Barcelona, or by email to info@eada.edu. The request must contain a copy of your national identity document (DNI) or another equivalent valid identification document, and the minimum content required in current legislation. If the request does not meet the specified requirements, we may ask you to make corrections. There is no charge for exercising these rights, although a fee may be charged if the requests are unfounded, excessive or repetitive.
