The President will give the inaugural lecture for the Universidad Tecnológica de Bolívar

Josep A. Planell, President of the UOC, will be the guest speaker for the inaugural lecture of the Universidad Tecnológica de Bolívar with the talk "The digital transformation of the university: leaving nobody behind". 

 

The Universidad Tecnológica de Bolívar, based in Bogotá, organizes an annual inaugural lecture with the aim of promoting discussion on significant aspects of higher education among its entire academic community. 

 

Its inaugural lectures aim to bring the university's vision closer to the realities, trends and challenges being faced by higher education in the world, especially in the Ibero-American region, with an emphasis on the present and future of online universities.

 

The event will take place online on Wednesday 9 March, at 5 p.m. (local time).
