Management of attention mailboxes

To procure the evolution of DRAQ so as to be able to manage attention mailboxes. It is hoped to carry out this evolution in two phases. The initial phase, during the first term of 2002, has been conceived of as a pilot test which would try to confer a greater speed on the system, and to manage the most frequently asked questions. The second phase would be carried out during the third term of 2002.
