Registration
In order to complete the registration, you need to follow these two steps: 1) The form below should be filled with your personal details. 2) The registration fee should be paid by bank transfer to the Fundació per la Universitat Oberta de Catalunya account at La Caixa: IBAN ES02 2100-3648-98-2200022920 SWIFT: CAIXESBB If you pay before January the 3rd the registration fee is 60 euro. If you pay between January the 3rd and January the 13th, the registration fee is 80 euro. Note that transfer charges should be paid by the transferer and the transfer note should read: "FreeRBMT 2011 Name and surname". You will be required to present the transfer confirmation on the workshop.
In accordance with Organic Law 15/1999, December 13, on the protection of personal data, we inform you that your details are to be incorporated into an automated file, as communicated to the Data Protection Agency. Use of your personal details shall be confidential and the data shall be used exclusively for communication relating to the Gender Gap in ICT Studies, Research and Employment Workshop.
To exercise your rights to access, rectification or cancellation, please write to fuoc_pd@uoc.edu. The file is kept on the computer system at Av. Tibidabo, 39-43. The institution responsible for the file is the Fundació per a la Universitat Oberta de Catalunya.
